Ostaz is a regional teaching-job marketplace that requires every employer to upload a verified Commercial Registration (CR) before posting a single vacancy. Every listing has a real school behind it. Every teacher profile is portable and privacy-controlled — owned by the teacher, for life.
Our Story
The idea came from a real gap: there was no trusted, verification-first place where Gulf schools and qualified teachers could meet on equal footing.
We built Ostaz starting in Muscat, Oman — combining e-commerce operations experience, digital-marketing depth, and software engineering focused on identity verification. The result is a platform that puts verification first, not frictionless access.
The plan: prove the model in Oman, then roll out across all six GCC countries.
